Spring has finally sprung, and to celebrate we have an super fresh range of seasonal sorbets to celebrate! We have a classic combination of strawberry and (pink) pepper, something for millenials in the form of an avocado sorbet, lemon & rosemary, plus many others. All our sorbets (except one) are vegan, just pure fresh flavor handmade every day.


We also have a couple of seasonal gelati too. An apricot cake made from freshly baked goods, and saffron infused with vanilla.

For us taste is simple. Take our Fresh Mint Stracciatella gelato. It tastes more of fresh Mint than Mint, it sings of the freshness, not drowned in sugar or artificial flavorings. Our chocolate gelato is a sorbet, not because we wanted to make a low fat ice cream, but because as a sorbet we can make it even more chocolaty!

We are proud to say that we are sourcing the best ingredients in the markets and we will do whatever it takes to work with prime produce.

We are passionate about the flavour and texture of our Gelato and we aim to preserve the tradition of artisan Italian Gelato making. The way we work.

Our gelato is made by our amazing team of skilled Gelato makers. We produce every day in the heart of London small batches of joy! The texture of Gelupo gelato is dense, much heavier than a standard ice cream. We achieve this by keeping our fat content low, and by using very special churning equipment that mixes our gelato ever-so-gently as it freezes. This density, and the low fat levels give a big hit of flavour, with a very clean finish.

Pop up Opportunities

We have run successful pop-up Gelupo bars across London, most recently at Estée Lauder’s HQ. We are now taking requests for the next season, so if you want to discuss an idea you have, just e-mail or call.

Our Gelato Cart

We supply corporate parties, weddings and commercial launches with our gelato, much of it served from our gelato cart. The very height of food fashion, she can be filled with up to 8 flavours of gelato and cater for indoor or outdoor events of any size, serving up to 300 people per hour. Our cart does travel too, and is at home on the beaches of Cornwall as it is in the streets of London.
